training today was a killer! for me anyway.
we did 2rounds 50 falex and 5 sets 100,200. that's the norm ba. and after that baton passing. gosh kill me! 4times 80m full speed can die ah. 3rd time i no steam le, cannot run and the baton nv pass. best. so reduce stepping. SARAH! can your reaction time be faster!??! damm far to catch up la. roar.

today i realised for the first time that the track team that's going for nats is damm small. i turn around then like, NOBODY CAN. and i thought alot of ppl slacking at the back or sth. but no one la. except a few ba.. so yes. so little ppl. sad.

and we are supposed to plan for the track bonding ppl!! so short notice man! ok, not really. quite long time ago but tchrs nv talk about it until now. so yes.

woke up in the morning to study with qw.. in the end, dont need to study le cause by the time we were done with lunch and everything.. it was around 1plus. HAHA. so we went to the stadium to slack and stone.

i doubt you'll ever read this.
how can you give up your position so easily? do you even know how many people are out there just training so hard just so that they can get into the team? and here you are just thowing out your position to the world as if it's free candy. how would other people feel when they realise that they're not in the team and someone who gives up so eaisly is on it. the fact that the teacher put you in the team means something. it means that they believe in you and actually see the potential in you. dont tell me you're gonna disappoint them... come on la. the least you could do is at least train to get faster instead of sulking and saying "she's faster than me". do something about it la.

UGH, and no more complains i tell you. ppl ask you to go, you go. dont take your own sweet time. nats is in 3-4weeks! for the relays.. time to pump up baton passing trng. get used to each other and bond. then your team will be stronger than anything.

ok. it's a super broken up dream.
anyway, it started with coach teaching us how to play "badminton". brenda was the assistant. BADMINTON, was played with a wet stress ball! then... some how it ended up with coach screaming then we ended up behind this.. er, you now when we play vball, there's this red and white plastic tape thing. ya. we were behind it and we were supposed to dodge the wet stress balls or sth. i cant rmb.anyway, brenda was telling us to obey her so we wont kenna another scolding or sth.. HAHA. so dumb la. then it ended up with us driving off to somewhere.HA. so dumb.

todays business was a HUGE success. maybe TOO huge. cause we made 300+ cupcakes and ended up almost selling out at around 9. we started at 8 k. goodness. so we ended up reserving for the sec4s. so nice right! though there were only 50left. =D

joy got tricked by me and jinle into buying 4! haha! we gave J, O and Y. then she was like

after she paid then we gave her the one that had all 3 letters in it. heng ar her name short. can you imagine if it was like.. alexandra or sth. DIE. haha! "JOY" is nice. though the Js are SCREWED. the icing was super hard to queeze la.

anyway, some of us went to make somemore and came back at around 1. meanwhile the rest of us were taking orders. =D smart right! and we upped the price for ppl that wanted to buy the cupcakes that were reserved for sec4s. upped to 1.50! considering the fact that alyssa is keeping an eye on me, i guess i have to blog in standard english. so much for all the "wah lao"s and what nots. heh
today was GREAT. it's the last day of the week and i did nothing. well, mostly. the first period was... free period. we used half of it to discuss for the upcoming kindness week. we're doing cupcakes and milo dinosaur. according to f, it's dinosaur milo. laughs- i had chinese lesson after that. me and alyn spent the first period walking around sch "looking" for her class. burned some calories. then, we got tired and decided to join the rest outside the computer lab. eventually, got hungry so me and gloria went down for break, only to see our chinese teacher there laughing happily away and chatting with her previous students. but oh well, better than listening to her boring lesson. after chinese lesson was another break. so in total, i had four free periods. after break, english. basically just went through a comprehension and got back our english results. i managed a BARE pass. sigh- my comprehension's the one that's pulling me down says ong. for the 2nd period of english i just slept all the way. was feeling very tired for some reason. we had geog after that and all we did was watch a movie which ate into our PW time. we watched twister.

ok i cant type this part in standard english:
twister was so funny la! like it was super anti-climatic. like half way while they're chasing the twister, they show a cow flying past. LIKE WTH! damm funny can! and while ppl are hanging on for their lives they play heavenly music... HAHA! gosh, but it was quiet "ahh" as well. jinle screamed when that huge metal thing rammed into the car. haha. funny!

DAY 1:
day 1 was kinda sian cause we had to do all those techinical stuff.

learnt the different knots and stuff. i bet you i forgot them already except fig8 and thumb. did improvised rafting... our raft was like. HAHAHA! at first we tried using the knots. then after that, it was just. AIYAH! got knot can liao la! dont move can le. HAHA. so on one of the poles, we ended up with a X shaped knot and the remaining string, we just knotted it. HAHA! C's BRILLIANT idea. AHHA.

then kayaking. was kinda boring too cause we only had 1 route and that was that. then after that we had relay and me and jinle were the only ones out at sea la. from first become last.. -_-" SO DAMM EMBARRASSING CAN! gah. so we paddel like damm fast back to shore. HAHA.
our shoes were FILLED with sand can. you stand at the beach then the waves will just come and wash sand into your shoes. why were we standing in the water? cause the sea was warm and the wind was cold...
you would think that at 0000hrs it would be cold. GUESS WHAT? it was friggin hot that you can perspire can... woke up all sticky. yucks..

DAY 2:
morning stretches.. ZZZ
went to the CRC(challenge rope course) too easy le and only 1 out of 5 stations were fun... and i was too lazy to harness up and climb up. but it was damm low la. like, 2storeys only. so ya, had fun watching other people scream cause they were gonna fall. ahha. C looked like polar bear. haha!

rock climbing after that. WHOO! i reached the top, on the most difficult lane. GOSH, i thought it would be easy, IT'S NOT CAN! so painful and your arm feels like it's gonna drop off. the knobs you grab got sooo much friction and it was so rough until you felt like yr skin is tearing. gosh, i took like 3tries to get up past the red line can.. kept falling off. ahha. but, I REACHED THE TOP! and screamed wah lao right before that. lol. weiying do like damm fast luh! few seconds reach le. like. wth. haha. jinle was funny! like dunno what she doing la, then her voice also damm funny. so i just kept laughing at her. then while waiting for the rest, we sun tan!! GOT LEH! jinle is no more bai ji! got colour!! HAHA! shocking right?
ZIPLINE after that! AHHAHA! F thought it was zigzag.

IF i fail, i will jump down a building. it was easy cause i concentrated alot on the topics for example. flood. memorise it like it was... how would you say, at the tip of my fingers. like, so easy! errR.... today we had PHYSICS! OH OH OH! miss F is damm lame la. cause i didnt bring my silent reading book yesterday as well as my NYAA booklet. so ya, my punishment for not bringing my story book was to give a 100 word book review... wth. so lame la. and nv bring NYAA was to bring it TODAY. wth. so lame la. so i was supposed to hand up the book review and i couldn't find my bag, cause jiale took it for me and put it at the physics lab.. so i find and find and find cannot find, eventually i found out that jiale had moved it for me, miss ferng left. HAHAHA! so stupid.

today we had a SHORT assebly regarding some girl dying her hair. at first they didnt tell us anything loh.. just ask the WHOLE school to go to the hall. well, some of us have WILD imagination... and said that some girl died... -_-" i guessed that it was some JG thing. but in the end it wasn't. it was just some girl who dyed her hair and was in the news and stuff. so... "CHEY" totally unexpected. so ya. after that was Fs lesson... was practicaly looking out the window looking and the p4s train.. haha. so LAO YA! we asked her for a break cause lesson ends at 4 and we missed our break due to the "assemble" so she said she'll give us one. she did! a 10min break... for us to EAT our LUNCH! wth. stupid...
